Retired General Manager Ottawa Hydro Past-Member Kiwanis Club of Ottawa Peacefully at home on Tuesday, February 5, 2002, Francis Lloyd Askwith, in his 85th year. Beloved husband of the late Mollie Askwith (nee Clarke). Loving father of Penny Vance (Baden), Elizabeth Scobie (David), David (Tina) and Michael (Nanci). Dear Grandpa of Zachary and Peter Vance, Paul, Keith and Tanya Scobie, Kara Askwith and Christopher, Jonathan and Stephanie Askwith. Predeceased by a brother Winston. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, Ottawa on Saturday, February 9 from 2 to 4 p.m. and on Sunday, February 10 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service to be held at St. Thomas The Apostle Anglican Church, 2345 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa on Monday, February 11, 2002 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow in the church hall. Private interment Beechwood Cemetery. Memorial donations to St. Thomas The Apostle Anglican Church or charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
