Peacefully, Wednesday, February 27, 2002. Daughter of the late Bernadette (Goulden) and Percy Allen Garrow. Loving mother of Carole (Victor DeChamplain) and Patricia (Raymond Lapointe). Cherished grandmother of Douglas, Debra (John Brez), Michel (Julie Hadley), Richard (Julie Guenette) and Colleen (Luc Lavictoire) and 5 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Bernadette Palmer and Betty Hoyme. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husband Rudolphe Brule and by brothers William "Bill", Peter "Mac" and Percy.
