Mabel SKEWES

Peacefully in her 87th year at Carrington Place, Ancaster on Friday, March 8, 2002. Mabel was the devoted wife of the late Robert Bryant (1995). Loving and caring mother of Betty and her husband Gary Mattiussi of Chatham, Jim and his wife Barb of Bracebridge, William of Ottawa and Ted and his wife Dianne of Australia. Cherished grandmother and great card player for Geoff and Dawn,Jennifer, Wendy, Tracey, John, Kate and Mark. Dearest sister of Lillian Woodworth and sister-in-law of Eva Cottrill. Mabel will be missed by her many friends young and old especially Marylou Robillard, her knitting friends and the bingo players at Carrington Place. Friends may call at the CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton. Funeral service will be held at Barton Stone United Church, 21 Stonechurch Road West, Hamilton (at Upper James Street). Interment at White Chapel memorial Gardens. Memorial donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or Barton Stone United Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
