Peacefully at Parkwood Hospital on Sunday, March 17, 2002, David James Mackenzie of London, formerly of Ottawa, Unionville and West Palm Beach in his 85th year. Beloved husband of the late Terry Mackenzie. Dear father of Heather Mackenzie of Toronto and Wendy Carruthers of London. Grandfather of Jim Carruthers of London and David and Christina of Stayner.
