Went to be with his Lord on Monday, April 15, 2002 in Winchester & District Memorial Hospital. Henry Berkers of South Mountain in his 64th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Carole (Baker) Berkers. Devoted father of Brian (Sandi) of Ottawa and David (Ann) of Belleville. Loving grandfather of Julia and Hollie. Dear brother of John (Toni) of Osgoode; Pieter (Norma) of Montreal and Lisa Streng (Len) of Winchester. A Memorial Service will be held in celebration of Henry's life and faith at Harmony Community Church, (Ormond Road and Highway 31), Winchester on Saturday, April 20, 2002 at 2 p.m. Rev. Bruce North officiating. Inurnment of ashes will take place at a later date. Donations to Winchester District Memorial Hospital or St. Peter's Anglican Church, South Mountain would be appreciated by the family.
