Carolyn Eleanor KOESTER

Peacefully at home in Kingston, Ontario, on Tuesday, May 7, 2002, in her 77th year. Beloved wife of the late Charles Beverley Koester, mother of Elizabeth (Stephen Bowman), Charles (Deborah Page), Christopher (Maribeth McKnight), James (Society of St. John the Evangelist), Kate (Dave Coon), grandmother to eleven grandchildren, and sister of the late Madge Flury. From her earliest days in Saskatchewan through her long and loving marriage to Bev in Regina, Ottawa and Kingston, and in more than 70 summers at Lumsden Beach, Saskatchewan, Carol touched everyone around her, as daughter, wife, mother, Oma, sister, teacher, neighbour and friend. She will be greatly missed and her life celebrated not only by her family, but by so many others whom Carol so freely and generously made part of her family. In her later years she gave much of herself to the Canadian Federation of University Women in Kingston and nationally. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 10, 2002 at 11:30 a.m. at St. James Anglican Church, 10 Union Street West, Kingston. Funeral arrangements by Robert J.
