On Wednesday, May 29, 2002 at the Hospice at Maycourt with her family by her side. Wife of the late Arthur. Loving mother of Wain (Leona) of Winnipeg; Bob, Liz (Yvon Pelland) and Roxanne Harper all of Ottawa. Doting grandmother of 2 grandsons and 6 granddaughters. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends. A "Thank-you Ceremony" celebrating Elva's life will be held on Monday at 7:00 p.m. in the Wabano Centre for Aboriginal Health, 299 Montreal Road, Vanier.
