Dear father to Helen Martin (husband Jack), Kingston; and Sharlene Kranz (husband Rick), Pembroke. Dear grandpa to Christopher Martin, Kingston. Brother to Doris Wilson (late husband Harry), Pembroke; and Lillian Brindley, London. Predeceased by brothers Willy and Stewart Sutherland. Survived by his sisters-in-law Muriel Sutherland, Sudbury and Betty Sutherland, Cobden. Also survived by his nieces and nephews. Son of the late James and Pearl Sutherland (nee Dobson). Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, June 4, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. (As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Marianhill Palliative Care Unit or the C.T.
