; D.F.C. Slipped away peacefully, in hospital, on Friday, September 20, 2002, age 84 years. Beloved husband of the late Thelma. Loving father of Barbara Machon (Graham Brooks), Thomas (Diane), Donald (Jane), Linda Kammersgaard (Kurt), Robert, Heather Younger (Lyle), Brian (Michaela) and Paul (Shelley). Grampa to 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Doris, Angus, Vivian, Donna, Lola, Sylvia and the late Margaret. He will be sadly missed by relatives, friends and neighbours. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Richmond Road, on Sunday, September 22, 2002 from 6-9 p.m. and on Monday after 1 p.m. until the time of the Service in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens.
