Peacefully Saturday October 12, 2002. Kanela Ekonomakos age 89. Widow of Vasilios Hristofilaki. Beloved mother of Georgina (Peter Chatzigiannis) and Demostenes (Antonia). Devoted and loving Yiayia of Maria (Jimmy), Bill (Linda), Kanela, Elaine (D'Arcy) and Bill and Great-Yiayia of Anthony and Dennis. Dear sister of Nickos and Demitra. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
