Ivy Louise BROWN

Peacefully on December 22, 2002 at the Ottawa General Hospital. Born in Victoria, B.C. in 1920, the daughter of the late Herbert and Claudia Brown. She was predeceased by her husband Brigadier-General Douglas W. Cunnington, and one brother, Richard Brown. Loving mother of Claudia Buckley, of Ottawa and Desmond (Lynn) Cunnington of Port Colborne, Ontario; devoted grandmother of Thomas and Liam Buckley, and of Peter (Brenda) Cunnington and Alexandra (Scott) Grover; very proud great-grandmother of Kennedy Grover. She is also survived by her brother, Gordon Brown, and her half-sister Susan Ross, both of Victoria, as well as her cherished friends, including Gordon Clarke of Phoenix, Arizona. The family would like to thank Margaret Lawrence and Marion Burns for their loving care and support over the past months. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 3, 2003 at 3 p.m. at Christ Church Cathedral, 439 Queen Street, Ottawa.
