Marie on Thursday, May 9, 2002, Alister Stevenson of Poplar Dale in his 66th year, beloved husband of Margaret (Boucher) for 41 years. Beloved father of Alex (Linda), Cindy (Maynard) Hache and Wanda (Steve) Hache. Special brother-in-law of Linda Thrones and foster son of Brian Thrones (Penny). Loved and very much missed by grandchildren Leslie and James McLeod, Samantha and Luke Stevenson, David Stevenson Alton, Daniel Stevenson, Raymond Stevenson Duguay and Brody Hache. Son of the late Frances Leach Demas (late Emery) and the late Charlie Stevenson. Dear brother of Robert Stevenson (Marlene), Sharon Mador (Wayne), Jean Mowbray (Joe) Lila Dunn (Ron) and the late Vern Stevenson (Pauline). William Boyer (Barbara) and Rose Brydges (late Robert). Dear brother-in-law of Darlene Leach. Alister will be sadly missed by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Resting at the Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon where friends may call on Sunday, May 12, 2002 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Monday, May 13, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. Interment in the Sands Cemetery.
