TOMS, Margot Quainton July 26, 1954 - November 16, 2002 Dear Margot, We all miss you very much. Your thoughts, words and deeds were always kind. Your positive attitude, sparkling personality and infectious laugh were an inspiration to all. You made any room come alive. You comforted all of us. You brought sunshine with you wherever you went. Even in the midst of your arduous battle with cancer you neither complained nor gave up. Cancer claimed you but could not break your spirit. In the midst of it you defied it with laughter and song. You showed all of us how to live. We constantly feel your warm and protective presence. May you have found a beautiful place and happiness as you deserve it. We know that wherever you are you will be smiling and that everyone there will be the better for it. -Love Michael Published in the Ottawa Citizen on 11/16/2005
