Dear mother of Tony and Glen Nicholson both of Hamilton and dear step-mother of Debra and Kathy Moore both of Cornwall. Loving grandmother of many grandchildren. Dear daughter of the former Delia Comeau and the late Leo Burke. Dear sister of Laurie Burke of Bramalea, Rita of Oshawa, Emma and Norma both of Nova Scotia, Lena of Hamilton ,Edna of Sackville, New Brunswick and Linda of Oshawa. Predeceased by two brothers, Allen and Aurel Burke. Dear daughter-in-law of Margaret Broome and sister-in-law of Avis Broome (Keith Christie) both of Cornwall. Resting at the Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch, 614 First Street East (933-2841) from 2 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Wednesday, October 16, 2002 for Service in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Interment, Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will be in attendance from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until time of Service on Wednesday.
