Norma Lee HUMES

Fizer: Norma Lee (nee Humes) 1933 - 2005 It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, on February 4, 2005 at the age of 71. Norma, a cancer survivor of over 20 years, passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Norma is survived and will be sadly missed by her close friend Bernard (Bunk) Fizer; children Penny (Bert Dekeyser) of Drumheller, Kelly (Miller) of Red Deer, Kathy (Fred Bagley) of Red Deer, Roberta (Jeff Masciangelo) of Hanna; and six grandchildren, Tim, Jay, Chandra (Chad), Ashley, Mariesa, and Anthony; and her two great-grandchildren McKenna and Ethan, all of whom brought her much joy and happiness. Norma was predeceased by her son Greg, her former husband Pat Miller, and her parents, Dolly and Omar Humes. A celebration of her life was held at the Knox United Church at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8, 2005 with lunch following at the Elks Banquet Hall.The family extends heartfelt thanks to Dr. Racz, Dr. Lyle, Avril, and the devoted caregivers of the Drumheller Regional Health Centre.
