McNAMEE, Rosslyn Ellen - Of Fort Erie passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, February 7, 2005 at the age of 40 years. Beloved wife of Samuel Thomas McNamee. Loving mother of Fred McNamee (fiance Crystal Arsenault) of Fort Erie and Amanda McNamee (fiance Justin Gingras) of Port Colborne. Dear daughter of Florence Smith of Dunnville. Grandmother of Tyson and Kaitlyn Gingras. Daughter-in-law of Mary Elizabeth "Betty" McNamee of Fort Erie. Sadly missed by her brothers and sisters Ron Stewart (Allison) of Thorold, Rory Smith (Maureen) of Hamilton, Barney Smith (Ginette) of Port Colborne and Roxanne Finlay of Port Colborne. Also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law Stan McNamee, Brian McNamee, Rose (Dave Infanti) all of Hamilton, James McNamee (Margaret), Tim McNamee (April) all of Fort Erie, Patricia McNamee of Hamilton, Allan Finlay. Also, by very close and dear friends Marlene Hall, Matthew Goit (Caroline) of Niagara Falls and John Shantz of Ayr, Ontario as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father Bernard Smith. Cremation has taken place. The McNamee Family will receive visitors at the Fort Erie Chapel of the Davidson Funeral Homes, 21 Wintemute St., Friday, February 11, 2005 from 10:00 a.m. until the Memorial Service time at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Tim Morgan officiating. Interment of ashes to follow in Woodland Cemetery, Hamilton. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Fort Erie Palliative Care.
