De MITA, Maria Rosa, Peacefully after a short illness on Wednesday May 25, 2005 at St. Catharines General Hospital at 79 years of age. Beloved wife of Giovanni (John); loving mother of Maria (Vito) Sinopoli, Angelo, Michael (Arlene), Reno (Cindy), J erry (Janine); beloved nonna of Angela and fiance David, Robert, Christina, Rachel, Mathew, John, Isabella and great-grandson Austin; dear sister of Amato (Giovanna) Biancaniello, Emilia (Amato) Prudente, the late Antonio (Letizia) Biancaniello, Feli ce (Maria) Biancaniello, Ralph (Ida) Biancaniello, all of St. Catharines, Filomena, Gelardo and Maria, all of Italy. Predeceased by brother-in-law and sister-in-law Antonio and Maria De Mita. Will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Mrs. De Mit a was a member of St. Alfred's Church. Mrs. De Mita is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St. Visiting hours Thursday 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers will be celebrated in the funeral home on Friday at 2:30 p.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Alfred's Church on Saturday, May 28, 2005 at 9:30 a.m. with Rite of Committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
