Went to be with his good Lord, at the Victoria Residence, Chatham, formerly of Niagara Falls, on Wednesday, June 1, 2005. Born in Wyman, Quebec, 78 years ago, son of the late Robert Craig and Jenny (Walsh). Dear husband of 55 years to June (Procter). Beloved father of Laura Craig Kobylka of Chatham, Bill and Irene Craig of Niagara Falls. Special grandpa Robbie to Craig and Jenn Miller; Teresa Miller and Kelly Dyer; Tara Drolet and great grandson Joel. Also surviving are cousins and special friends Margaret Bailey and Karen Vandenakker. Predeceased by his sister May Craig. Robbie was in the Canadian Infantry. He was an auto mechanic for many years and retired from the Skylon Tower in maintenance in 1991. Robbie enjoyed fishing, boating, skating, hockey and his family. He was a member of Holy Trinity Anglican Church. Friends will be received at the Bowman Funeral Home, 4 Victoria Avenue, Chatham, on Friday, June 3, 2005 for visitation from 3-5 and 7-9pm and where funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, June 4, at 11:00 am with The Rev. John Hodgins of Holy Trinity Anglican Church officiating. Interment at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham. Contributions to Lung Association or Holy Trinity Anglican Church would be appreciated.
