Marietta SAPIA

SPIZZIRRI, Marietta (nee SAPIA) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother and nonna, on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 in Spezzano Piccolo, Italy, at the age of 98. Beloved mother of Franco and wife Teresa, dear nonna of Vanessa, Mark and fiance Venessa (Windsor). Predeceased by her husband Giovanni (1981). Beloved mother of the late Salvatore (1997) and wife Antonietta, Fernando and wife Franca, Carmelina and her late husband Aldo (2000), Gino and wife Teresa (Italy). Also survived by 20 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren (Italy) and her sister Assunta Fiore (St. Louis, Missouri). Marietta was a very loving and devoted mother and nonna. She will be deeply missed but always with us in our hearts. A memorial mass will be held at St. Angela Merici Church on Wednesday, April 20th, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. Published in the Windsor Star on 4/16/2005.
