STRICKLAND, Dorothy Peacefully on May 22, 2005 at 80 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Capt. Kenneth Strickland (1997). Daughter of the late James and Minnie Bliss of Halifax. Dear sister of the late Ronald Bliss, Roland Bliss, and Helen McDonald. Dearest sister in-law of Richard McGinnis. Cherished aunt of Donna Wellwood of Canterbury New Brunswick. Also survived by many other nieces and nephews. Dear friend of Rhoda wife of the late Dewey (2005) MacLean of Nova Scotia, Mary Ann and Inez of Windsor. Dorothy was an active member of the seniors club at Shoreline Towers. If you so desire, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Cremation was held. Friends are invited to join the family on Friday after 10am followed by Memorial Services 11am at Families First Funeral Home & Tribute Centre (969-5841) 3260 Dougall Ave. Interment Victoria Memorial Gardens.
