Anna Mary Margaret Rogers October 05, 1936 - April 04, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Halifax) ROGERS, Anna Mary Margaret - 68, peacefully passed away at home surrounded by her family on April 4, 2005. Born in Halifax, she was the only daughter of the late Archibald and Pearl (Nieforth) MacDonald. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, J. Cameron Rogers; sons, Stephen, Halifax; Phillip (Liz), Bridgewater, and daughter, Heather (Gilles) Leger, New Glasgow. Also surviving are her beloved grandchildren, Emily and Mark Rogers, Michaela, Nathaniel and Annik Leger. Surviving are her twin brother, Bob (Sharon), Moose Jaw, Sask.; brother, Eric (Gerry), Herring Cove; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Wayne and Bruce. She is resting in Atlantic Funeral Home, Bayers Road, Halifax, where visitation will be today from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4, 7-9 p.m. The service will be held in St. John's United Church, Windsor and Willow Streets, on Thursday, April 7, at 11 a.m., Rev. Andrew Richardson officiating. Reception to follow in the church hall. Private burial will be in Oakridge Memory Gardens. Donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice.
