DAHL, Helen Marie (nee Lachapelle) 93 years, Friday, June 24, 2005, at Country Village Health Care Centre. Predeceased by her husband Jacob (1990). Dear mother of Mary Seguin and friend Bill, Cecile Malenfant and Joseph, Theresa Rivait and Armand, Eugene Dahl and Alice, Richard Dahl and Jannette, Steve Dahl and Betty, Paul Dahl and Catherine. Dear grandmother to 26, great-grandmother to 54, and great-great-grandmother to 5. Predeceased by her brothers Archille, Clifford, Walter, and David Lachapelle. Dear sister-in-law of Rose-Mae Lachapelle. Helen was a member of the C.W.L. at St. John The Evangelist. Visiting was held Sun., June 26, 2005, at Melady Funeral Home, 572 Notre Dame St., Belle River (728-1500), from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Visiting continued on Mon., June 27, 2005, at St. John The Evangelist, Woodslee, at 10 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Parish prayers were held Sun. at 7 p.m., C.W.L. prayers were held Sun. at 3 p.m. Interment St. John The Evangelist. A tree will be planted in memory of Helen Marie Dahl in the Melady Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 25, 2005. All are welcome. Published in the Windsor Star on 6/27/2005.
