KONDZIOLKA, Frank. Passed away at the Canadian Polish Institute in Montreal on June 9, 2005 at the age of ninety-three years. Beloved husband of the late Antonina Krula. Dearest father of Stanley (Gloria) and Bernard (the late Louise). Cherished grandfather of Michael, Caroline, Douglas and David. Great-grandfather of Alexander, Maxwell, Michael and Jonathan. Resting at Feron's Funeral Homes, 1010 Shevchenko Blvd.,LaSalle (corner La Verendrye). Funeral mass to be held at Holy Trinity Church, 1660 Centre Street Montreal on Monday, June 13, 2005 at 10 a.m. Interment Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery.
