John Sapals January 25, 1914 - July 04, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Evergreen Funeral Chapel It is with great sadness and sorrow that we announce the passing of John (Janis) Sapals On July 4, 2005 at the age of 91. John is survived by his loving wife Ann (Anicia) of Smoky Lake, stepchildren; Olga Kokotilo, Dan (Barb) Balan of Smoky Lake, Rose (Larry) Pinnell of High River and grandchildren; Larry (Lydia) Kokotilo of Smoky Lake, Ron (Cathy) Kokotilo, Brad Kokotilo of St. Albert, Venetia (Wally) Mosychuk, James and Lindon Balan of Edmonton. John was predeceased by his parents, Veronica and Sylvester, one brother Stanislow of Latvia, stepdaughter Lil Barnay, step son-in-law Peter Kokotilo and granddaughter Lorna Kokotilo. He will be lovingly remembered and sorely missed by all of us whose lives he touched. Special thanks to the medical staff at George McDougall Hospital. Memorial tributes may be made to the Smoky Lake Health Centre, Ladies Auxillary Association. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2005 at 10:00 a.m., at Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton. Interment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
