Kevin Gordon SEWELL

SEWELL, Kevin Gordon, Kevin Gordon Sewell, 45, of Decatur died Saturday (July 02, 2005) in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Kevin was born in Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada, on April 12, 1960, the son of Dennis and Florence Haslam Sewell. He married Janic e Hunter on February 18, 1995 in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada and shortly after moved to Decatur, Illinois. He was a stay at home dad and was the best Mr. Mom anyone could ever have. Kevin is survived by his loving wife, Janice of Decatur, and his loving son, Scott at home; one brother, Greg Sewell of Canada, parents-in-law, Anne and Andrew Hunter of Canada, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Dave and Nancy Hunter and their children, Samantha and Cole of Boston; Kevin is also survived by many a unts, uncles, cousins and many good friends. Kevin was preceded in death by his parents. Janice and Scott would like to send out a special thank you to all of our Fantastic Friends for all their help and support during Kevin's illness. A special than k you also goes out to the 6400 nursing staff at DMH for the wonderful care and compassion given to Kevin during his illness. A special thank you to Drs. Fior, Sichlau and Cathy in Physical Therapy, and DMH lab personnel and pathologists for their wo nderful and compassionate care during Kevin's illness. Memorial Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. on Tuesday (July 05, 2005) in MORAN & GOEBEL FUNERAL HOME on Monroe Street. Cremation has been accorded.
