She was predeceased by her first husband, Armand Charest, and survived by her second husband, Archille Riendeau. Visiting hours were held on Sunday evening and Monday morning at Charron et Fils Funeral Home in Coaticook, Québec. The funeral was held at St.-Jean l'Èvangéliste church on Monday, with burial at St. Edmond¹s Cemetery. She leaves behind her sons, Normand and Nicole Létourneau, Robert and his wife Lyne; daughters Suzanne and husband Kenny Doucet, Colette and husband Pierre Drouin, and Sylvie and husband Anthony Biondi; seven grandchildren and a great-grandson; stepchildren Patrick and wife Bonnie Riendeau, Suzelle and husband Walter Noyes, Jocelyne and husband Jean-Pierre Gervais, Gérard and wife Rosemary, Jacinthe and husband Luc Marchesseault, Doris and husband Claude Bouthillier, Louise and husband Luc Lambert, and Roger Riendeau; 20 step grandchildren and 31 step great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters Gérard Gauthier and wife Anita, Rita and her late husband Léo Couture; many nieces and many friends.
