Constance "Connie" Shirley MacNeill SACKVILLE, NB - Constance "Connie" Shirley MacNeill, age 76, of Sackville, passed away on July 24, 2005 at the Sackville Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. She was born in Moncton in 1928 and raised in Dorchester, a daughter of the late Guy and Maude (Frampton) MacNeill. Connie is survived by four children, Sharon Hicks of Fredericton, NB, James Hicks of Victoria, BC, Sylvia Morice (Gary) of Sackville, NB and Leslie Hicks (Faye) of Edmonton, AB; 11 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. Also survived by brothers, Alister MacNeill, Dieppe, NB and Henry MacNeill, Barrie, ON; sisters, Gertrude Steeves and Louisa Paige, Riverview, NB, Joyce Turner, Rothesay, NB, and Juanita McLeod (Dick) of Sackville, NB; sister-in-law, Marina Richard (Henry) of Sackville, NB; many nieces and nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Everett, Douglas and Clifford; sisters, Alice Van Buskirk, Martha (Mattie) Horsman, and Geraldine Bampton; one niece; and three nephews. A Celebration of Connie's Life will be held at the Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville, NB (364-1300) on Friday, July 29, 2005 at 2 pm, Rev. Ross Wiseman officiating.
