Lois Lyla Holtzhauer (née Hampel) June 02, 1935 - August 14, 2005 Peacefully at The Carpenter Hospice, Burlington on Sunday, August 14, 2005 Lois Holtzhauer in her 70th year, of Waterdown. Loved wife of Wayne Frederick Holtzhauer for 44 years. Dear sister of Wallace and Ann Hampel of Dundas and Clarence and Jane Hampel of Golden Lake. Dear sister-in-law of Carol and Glenn Clarke of Tillsonburg and Judy and Ed LeRuez of Cambridge. Loved aunt of 11 nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Lois was a former member of Walton Memorial United Church, Oakville and a member of St. James United Church, Waterdown. Friends may call at the KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Wednesday afternoon 2-4 and evening 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at ST. JAMES UNITED CHURCH, 306 Parkside Drive, Waterdown on Thursday, August 18, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. A private family interment service will take place at Fairview Cemetery, Niagara Falls on Friday, August 19, 2005.
