Mrs. Takeno Sandra Maekawa (née Asari) May 11, 1920 - May 06, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Richmond Funeral Home It is with great sadness to announce the sudden passing of Sandra on May 6, 2005 at the age of 84 years. She will be forever remembered by her loving husband of 59 years, Larry Saichiro. Dearly missed by her sisters, Nobuye Yamaguchi, Chiyo (Don) Narukami, Sue (Richard) Kanegawa, including many nieces and nephews. Funeral service to be held at 11:00 am Thursday, May 12, 2005 at the Steveston Buddhist Temple, 4360 Garry Street, Richmond. Cremation to follow, Reverend Nariyuki Hattori officiating. Koden and flowers gratefully declined.
