Rita Marie Deneault The family announces with sorrow her death at the South Centennial Manor in Iroquois Falls, Saturday, January 3rd, 2004, at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Garnet Deneault and dearest mother of Saunders (Wendy) Deneault of Iroquois Falls. Sister of Clayton (Noela) of Cochrane and Joyce of Pembroke. She will be missed by her brother in law Dillon (the late Zita) as well as her sisters in law Levina (the late Mike) Cushing, both of Pembroke, Helen (the late Dalton) Denault, Annette (the late Irvin) Denault, both of Iroquois Falls and Dolly (the late Guy) Denault, of St. Catherines. Cherished grandmother of Matthew, Samantha and Trevor. She was predeceased by her husband Garnet, parents Thomas and Martha (née Romain) Denault her brothers Thomas, Guy and Dalton as well as her sisters Gertrude Mongeon and Dorothy Charlebois. Rita‚s special interest in recent times was her family, in particular her three grandchildren. In her younger years, she enjoyed sewing and knitting. Family and friends may call at Salon Funéraire Irvine & Irvine Funeral Home, 641 Detroyes Avenue, Iroquois Falls, on Monday, January 5th, 2004 from 2-4 pm and from 7-9 pm, and on Tuesday, January 6th, 2004 from 9-10 am. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, January 6th, 2004 at 10:30 am at St. Anne's Catholic Church with Father Roland Lapalme officiating. Spring interment at the Abitibi Cemetery. Donations to The Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
