GARANT, Justin Francis 23 years, suddenly February 8, 2004. Beloved son and step-son of Francis and Barb Garant. Predeceased by his mother Charmaine Garant and his grandmother Jeanette Lucier (Lapointe), and his grandparents Cyril and Lillian Garant. Grandson of Hector Lucier and Howard Packer. Cherished brother and best friend to Jeremy James Garant and step-brother to Jason and Kerri Gilham. Dear nephew of Lawrence Garant and his wife Lynn, Jerry Garant, Janet Garant, Cy Garant, Roger Mulholland and his wife Lenore and Karen Papps and her husband Brian. Dear step-nephew to Ron Packer and his wife Marilyn and Al Packer and his wife Pat. Also survived by 9 cousins and many close friends. Justin was an avid bowler and pool player, as well as, an All-Star Baseball Player in the city for many years. Visitation will be held from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Janisse-Bros Marcotte Funeral Home, 1139 Ouellette Home, (253-5225). Justin will rest at Heritage Park Alliance Church from 10 a.m. Thursday, February 12th, until time of service at 11 a.m. with Dr. Garth Leno officiating followed by cremation. Memorial donations may be made to the Heritage Park Alliance Church, Short Term Mission Fund. A tree will be planted in memory of Justin Garant in the Janisse-Bros Heritage Forest.
