Joyce Elizabeth BRAYTON

FRAZIER, Joyce Elizabeth Born September 21st, 1928 in Montreal, raised in Ottawa, Joyce passed away peacefully in St. Joseph's Hospital, Comox, B.C. on Thursday, February 24th, 2005, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband, Eric Orville Frazier; sister Frances Patricia Brabant; and brother Ronald Edward Brayton. Survived by her brother William (Jackie) Brayton; daughter Ellen (Dennis) Kingswell and sons Eric (Rachel) Frazier, Philip (Clarice) Frazier and Steven (Monika) Frazier; grandchildren Fred, Stacey, Tara, Jonathan, Jeremy, Cameron, Lindsey; eight great-grandchildren; and her niece Janet (Rick) Zarudski. The family would like to thank the staff of the ICU and the second floor of St. Joseph's Hospital for their supportive care and attention. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association. A gathering of friends and family will be held on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2005 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Comox Valley Funeral Home & Crematorium, 1101 Ryan Road, Courtenay, B.C.
