Kathleen Joyce Kingston June 13, 1935 - March 07, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Dartmouth) KINGSTON, Kathleen Joyce - 69, Halifax, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Monday, March 7, 2005, in the VG Site, QEII. Born June 13, 1935, in Dominion, Cape Breton, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Lillian (Rector) Clarke. Joyce was a school teacher for 31 years with the Dartmouth School Board, primarily at Shannon Park Elementary. She enjoyed knitting and listening to music. Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, John Elwood; daughters, Yvonne MacNeill, Fall River; Michelle (Donald) Joyce, Moncton; son, John (Dianne), Ottawa; grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Alisha, Katie, Patrick, Mike, Claire; great-grandson, John Jacob. Arrangements have been entrusted to Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main St., Dartmouth, where the family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and from where the funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Legion Padre, Rev. Patricia Malin officiating. Interment in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens. Reception to follow in Atlantic Funeral Home Family Reception Centre.
