Verna MACIVER

HOEBERG, M. Verna (nee MacIver), It is with great sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Verna on Tuesday, April 26, 2005 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton, at the age of 78. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, John and they are of Heritage Village in Vineland. Loving mother of Carolyn (Andre) of Florida, Cheryl (Kurt) of Durham, Kurt of Etobicoke, John of Fort Erie, Keith (predeceased), Heather (Ross) of Blind River, Kelly of Leduc. Dear sister of Doreen, Glen (Bud), B renard, Donna (predeceased), and Joanne. Loving grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Verna will also be remembered by many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOME, 3277 King St. in Vinela nd (905-562-5454) on Thursday, April 28th at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army at the Tallman Funeral Home. Messages of condolence can also be dropped off there. A second Memorial Service will be held ear ly this summer at the United Church in Blind River.
