SAKALAUSKAS, Magdelena "Margaret" Housekeeper for Father Bob Bedard and the Companions of the Cross Peacefully at Madonna Nursing Home on Saturday, April 9, 2005 in her 91st year. Margaret Sakalauskas, dear daughter of the late Karol and Viktoria Sakalauskas. Predeceased by her many brothers, fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews from Ottawa, Oakville, Dartmouth and Cape Breton. Will be dearly missed by her friend Dawn and many good friends at St. Mary's Parish. Friends and family may pay their respects at the Whelan Funeral Home, 515 Cooper St. (between Bay & Lyon) on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Funeral to St. Mary's Church on Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. Cremation to follow with interment of cremated remains to take place in Sydney Mines, NS.
