Christopher Thomas MacKenzie September 26, 1975 - December 26, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Evergreen Funeral Chapel It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden and tragic passing of Chris MacKenzie at the age of 30 years. Chris is survived by his loving mother Julie (Michel Chotard), his spouse Nicole, his grandparents Elizabeth and Frank Vazorka, his uncle Frank (Beth) Vazorka, and his aunt Cynthia (Simon) Vazorka-Williams, as well as his special nieces and nephews who were very close to his heart. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so on Tuesday, January 3, 2006 between 5:00 and 9:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road. Cremation will take place and the Celebration of Chris' Life will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. also at Evergreen. Memorial donations in memory of Chris to aid in Nicole and Chris’ families respective recoveries may be made directly to Chris’ mother, Juliette Kemper.
