Mary NIXON

SHELTON, Mary (nee Nixon). 1919-2006. Wife of the late Arthur Shelton, in the Centre Hospitalier Regionale du Suroit in Valleyfield on February 3, 2006 at the age of eighty-six years, surrounded by her loving family. Left behind to celebrate her life are daughter Neva, son-in-law Hugh Maynard, granddaughter Stephanie Maynard (and husband Philippe Quinn), grandson Christopher Maynard (and friend Bridget Sweeney), and all the Shelton and Pocock clans who knew her fondly as Aunty Mary. Visitation will be held at McGerrigle Funeral Home, 70 Lambton, Ormstown, Quebec, on Monday, February 6, 2006 from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at 2 p.m. at St. Paul's United Church, 19 Lambton, Ormstown, Quebec. In memoriam, donations can be made to the Women's Auxiliary of the Barrie Memorial Hospital, Fondation Centre Hospitalier Regionale du Suroit, or St-Paul's United Church.
