BARKER, Frank J.; (Retired from Peterborough Lumber, Peterborough Canoe Company, Past President of Peterborough Home Builders Association, Recipient of the Civic Award for Community Betterment 2002) - Peacefully on Tuesday, January 14, 2003 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Hospital Drive Site in his 83rd year. Frank, dear ex-husband of Ada Lee. Father of Larry, Lorne, Laine and the late Linda. Grandfather of Andrew, Shawn and Dillan. Brother of the late Clark (wife Edna) and the late Noreena (husband Reg Dunnham). A great hunter, fisherman, cabinet maker and volunteer, he was happiest outdoors in any weather. As per Frank’s wishes, a private graveside service will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Comstock Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 356 Rubidge Street.
