SOBOLESKI: Doug 1958 - 2003 Doug Soboleski beloved son, brother and treasured friend was born on May 6, 1958, in Drumheller. He passed away at the age of 44 in Sherwood Park on Friday, January 17, 2003 after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. He is predeceased by his older brother Bill. He is survived by his treasured, long-time friend Dawn Kelly, Bill and Irene Soboleski (parents), sisters: Kathy (Mel) Fowler, Carol (Richard) Bahry, Christina Soboleski, Brothers: Don (Carol) Soboleski, Mike (Dana) Soboleski, John (Ginette) Soboleski, Rob Soboleski. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; Charmain (Chad and son Tristan) Thurlow, Vanessa and Sean Bahry, Hayden and Austin Soboleski, Brady and Indiana Soboleski, Katelyne Soboleski. He is also survived by his aunt, uncles and cousins as well as many friends. Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, January 21 at St. Anthony s Catholic Church and Interment was held at the Drumheller Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Tom Baker Cancer Centre 1331 29th Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta T4N 4N2. Courtney-Winter s Funeral Chapel entrusted with the arrangements.
