SPENCER, Roy Harold Edgar - It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Roy Harold Edgar Spencer (retired Principal, Peel Board of Education) on Friday, January 17, 2003. Beloved husband of Irene, devoted father of Karen Harman and her husband John, Diane Aikman and her husband Richard, David and his wife Lindsay. Loving grandfather of Amanda, Jeffery and Kaitlin Harman, Mark and Lisa Aikman, and Calla and Michael Spencer. Dear brother of Norah Boivin of Ottawa. Dear son in law of the late Vera and Franklin Sidey. Cherished friend of Amy and the late Don Millburn.
