COSOLETTO, John Joseph, Peacefully at the Hotel Dieu Hospital, St. Catharines on Monday, March 10th, 2003 in his 82nd year. John will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his wife Fern (Boudreau) and son Tony (Robyn). John was the last of his generation of the Cosoletto Family. Predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Rose (Calerno) and siblings Antoinette, Catherine, Dominic, George, James "Jimmy", Mary and Joseph. Dear brother-in-law of Lucille, Margaret, Florence and Ines Cosoletto, Jeannette Lacroix, George and Jackie Boudreau, Lisette and Gilbert Cote. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. John retired in 1987 from the Ontario Paper Company after 33 years. He had a passion for his garden, his beagles, hunting and the horses. Thanks to the Dialysis Unit at the Hotel Dieu Hospital and a special thanks to Harvey in Palliative Care. John is resting at the KARL A HAMMOND FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 26 Ormond Street South, Thorold for visitation on Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral on Thursday, March 13th at St. Patrick’s Church, 31 Chestnut Street East, Merritton for Funeral Mass at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev Father Thomas Cresswell officiating. The Rite of Committal at Lakeview Cemetery, Thorold. The Vigil for John will be Celebrated at the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. with The Rev. Father Michael Basque officiating.
