SMALKO, "Tony" Anthony, Peacefully, with his family at his side, at the Hotel Dieu Hospital, St. Catharines on Thursday, July 24, 2003. Beloved husband of Marilyn Smalko. Dear father of Donna (Erik) Petersen, Kenneth and David. He will be sadly miss ed by his grandchildren Kirsten and Rhys. Son-in-law of Ernie Lethby. He will be fondly remembered by brothers Walter (Helen) and Bill, sister Lena Smalko and sister-in-law Mary Smalko, as well as many nieces and nephews. Tony was predeceased by his parents Harry and Aksenia, brothers Andy and Harry and sisters Sally Jaworski and Olga Smalko and brother-in-law Peter Jaworski. The family will receive friends at the KARL A. HAMMOND FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 26 Ormond Street South, Thorold on Saturd ay 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Sunday, July 27, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. with The Rev. Alan Steers officiating. Cremation with Inurnment Lakeview Cemetery, Thorold.
