Dorothy Evelyn CALHOUN

CASE, Dorothy Evelyn (nee Calhoun) - Owner-Operator of Case Manor Nursing Home in Bobcaygeon, Ontario, died peacefully at her home on July 27, 2003, with family at her side. Beloved daughter of the late Perley and Mae Calhoun of Bloomfield Ridge, New Brunswick. Predeceased by husbands George A. Ross and Lorne J. Case. Survived by sister Katherine Walsh of York Harbour, Maine, and brother Vaughn Calhoun of Bloomfield Ridge, New Brunswick; sons Dale Ross and wife Betty of Bobcaygeon, Wayne Ross and wife Barbara of Fenelon Falls, William Ross of Toronto, Paul Ross and wife Christine of Bobcaygeon, Daniel Ross and wife Julie of Ennismore, Lorne Case Jr. and wife Peggy of Castleton; twenty grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Dorothy will be sadly missed by family, friends and the community after fifty years of service caring for others. Visitation will be held at Monk Family Funeral Home from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, July 30, and 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Thursday, July 31.
