John Asimoudis April 13, 1924 - September 30, 2003 Born April 13, 1924 in Kavala, Greece. Peacefully passed away at his home on Tuesday, September 30, 2003 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Anastasia for 49 years. Forever loved by his children, Michael, Chris (Jennifer), Smaro (Spiro) Simatis. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Aaron, Alicia, Tasoula and Yanni. Dear brother of Tasoula Takis and her husband, the late Chris Takis. Brother-in-law to Louis and Anna Mavrothalassitis. Much loved uncle of Michael, Costa, Artemis, Kiki, Tasa, Bobby and Venus. John's love for life and dedication to his family will always be remembered. His favourite saying, "better days are coming" were words of hope to everyone around him. Prayers Thursday at 7:30 pm. Funeral Service from St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 22 Head Street Hamilton, on Friday October 3, 2003 at 11 am.
