CURTIS, Ruby Laura (nee Dean) - Peacefully, in her 100th year, on Saturday, October 11, 2003 at Fairhaven, a Peterborough Long Term Care Facility. Ruby was predeceased by her husband Jack Curtis in 1989 and her seven brothers and sisters. Loved mother of Don and his wife Elizabeth "B.J." of Peterborough. Dear grandmother of John and his wife Karen, Ron and his wife Tammy and Gary and his wife Leah; great-grandmother of Aaron & Taylor and Morgan & Andy. Ruby and Jack were long time members of Westmount Bible Chapel. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Wednesday, October 15th from 7-9pm at COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME, 356 Rubidge Street. A private family service, with Reverend Michael Begbie officiating, will be held on Thursday, October 16th with interment to follow at Rosemount Memorial Gardens. The family expresses their sincere thanks to the staff at Riverside Special Care, Fairhaven and to Drs. Liston and Binette for their wonderful care and support.
