Helen BRAUN

BERGEN, Helen (Braun), Passed away peacefully on Monday, December 8, 2003 at Heritage Place in Virgil with her family at her side, in her 86th year. Loving mother of Evelyn of Fonthill, Werner of Peterborough and Eleanor Ruth of Calgary. She is surv ived by her siblings Kaya and Rudy Goerzen of British Columbia, Betty and Johnny Friesen, Susan and Jacob Siemens, Margaret and Peter Dyck, Frank and Helen Braun, Hilda and Corny Wiebe, George and Doreen Braun and sister-in-law Anne and Harry Dyck, a ll of Manitoba. Also surviving are in-laws Peter and Anne Bergen, Hilda Mazi, Herta Swarts, Gerta and John Deamude, Harry and Gisell Bergen and many nieces and nephews. Helen was predeceased by her husband Ben in November of 1997, her son-in-law Jim Franks in January of 2002, her parents, three sisters, two brothers, three sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law. The family thanks the staff of Heritage Place for the kind and attentive care given to our mother and for their patience and positive o utlook. The family will receive friends at the VINELAND CHAPEL of the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St. on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Bethany Mennonite Church in Virgil on Friday, December 12th at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery.
