Marion June SMITH

BYNG, Marion June, Of Port Colborne passed away suddenly at home on Thursday, December 11, 2003 at the age of 81 years. Born in Port Colborne she has lived in this area all of her life. She worked as a nurse at the Port Colborne General Hospital for 22 years. She was predeceased by her husband John Byng, (1992) parents Alfred and Grace Smith, brothers Bob, Richard and Ralph and a sister Eda. Marion is survived by her sons Robert and his wife Linda of Welland and Ralph and his wife Wendy of St. Catharines, grandchildren Ryan and Darren, sister Helen and brothers Merton and Steve. Following Mrs. Byng's wishes, cremation has taken place and interment of ashes will take place at a late date at Oakwood Cemetery. If so desired, memorial donation s may be made to a charity of ones choice.
