Joyce Giavedoni Peacefully and in the arms of her loving husband on Saturday, December 20, 2003 at the age of 70. Beloved wife and best friend for 49 years to Gino (Chief). Loving mother and mother-in-law to Paula and David Brunetti and Paul Innocente. Cherished and much loved nonna to Michael and Daniel Brunetti. Predeceased by her parents Enrico and Maria Giavedoni. Dear sister and sister-in-law to the late Angelo and the late Pam Giavedoni, Louise Giavedoni, Bianca and the late Nino Craboledda of Hamilton. Dear sister-in-law to Jean and the late Ken Mickus, Eole and Jim Power and Ann and Wayne Marshall of Guelph. Will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the St. Peter's Hospital Ward 2 West staff and to the Henderson Hospital Ward 395 Nurses and Doctors for their excellent care and compassion. Visitation at the Friscolanti Funeral Chapel Ltd., 43 Barton Street East on Monday from 2-9 p.m. The vigil prayers will be on Monday at 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be at St. Francis Xavier Parish in Stoney Creek on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
