Arnold ROCK

ROCK, Arnold (Bud) Suddenly in Havana, Cuba on Sunday, December 21st, 2003. Bud was loved and will be missed by his three children Michael, Daryl (Melanie) and Kristine, his brother Phillip, mother Marion and his many friends. Never afraid to follow his dreams, Bud was a man who lived life to the fullest. Born in Saint John, New Brunswick on January 19, 1942 he joined the Navy and moved to Halifax in 1959 where he raised his family. Retiring from the Navy in Ottawa in 1979 Bud spent the next 25 years working in Ottawa's high tech sector, sailing and spending time with his many friends in his adopted home of Cuba. Bud will be remembered as a man who generally loved life and made friends easily wherever he went. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. An announcement will be made in the Citizen.
