Dorothy May ALEXANDER

CROMBIE, Dorothy May (nee Alexander). Passed away peacefully in her ninetieth year on Thursday, March 25, 2004, at the Lakeshore General Hospital. Wife of the late John A.P. Crombie, she is survived by her children Jack (Margery), Gail, and Margaret (David Porter); grandchildren Dana (David), Alexandria (Jens), John, Kenneth, Patricia, Sarah, Shaun, her brother Alfred Alexander (Muriel), her sister Lorna (Walter Hood) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. She was predeceased by her brother Ivan and his wife Bessie. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hudson V.O.N. or the Wyman United Church, as per her wishes. A memorial service will be held at the Whitlock Golf and Country Club on Wednesday, March 31 at 2 p.m. Burial will be private. She will be missed, but not forgotten, by her family and friends both from her many years of curling and the community at large.
